changing gears
It's been a year and I've lost 2 pounds!&%!$%!
So, I'm changing gears. In January, I'm turn 60, so I think I'll start looking forward to the last chapters of my life. I do love getting older.
I'll write more about what I'm thinking and doing. Rather than my frusatrations with trying to lose weight. Right now, I'm taking a painting class and we've been painting on silk with gorgeous dyes. I'll post a photo or two soon.

Good thoughts, and I love your pic with the sunset in the back! We have been so blessed with beauty these last few weeks. Any new decade is a major milestone -- I know you will do this one proud.
